An illustrated hard-back published by John Heywood Ltd c1875 (this sixth edition is reprinted from the 1872 5th edition), measuring 145 x 210 mms, with 468 pages, internally clean (end-papers foxed), fairly good covers (corners 'bumped' - see scan), but no dust-jacket.

Shipping as of May 2012: U.K. = £7.10; Europe = £11.15; RoW zone 1 = £19.30; zone 2 = £20.10.

         Within the U.K. - £1.10 extra;
         Overseas -  Normally over £5.00, but reduced by our subsidy to just £4.00 extra.

         If your parcel does not arrive within two weeks, e-mail us and we will offer some useful advice
         which might solve the problem.  If that fails and your parcel does not arrive within five weeks,
         write to us (the pen & ink variety) and upon receiving your letter we will refund your payment.
         We will then use your letter as the basis for a claim against Royal Mail.

         We do NOT post items on any day which precedes a holiday.
