A hard-back published by Chapman & Hall in 1905, measuring 155 x 230 mms, with 295 pages, including 24 plates & 34 illustrations in the text.

The covers are poor and the spine is faded & grubby, but internally it is clean. Many pages have mild foxing. The trim is fairly good along the top, but the sides & bottom are poor, and those edges which protrude are dirty.

Shipping as of May 2012: U.K. = £7.10; Europe = £11.15; RoW zone 1 = £19.30; zone 2 = £20.10.

Paying for items using more than one invoice costs money (PayPal charge a minimum of 21p every time you use their service), so please pay for everything together.
